I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend him to anyone! We along with many others got some mice making themselves nice and warm in our home. He came out and cleaned everything for us in a timely and professional manner.

We were very pleased with the work Bio-One did for us. They cleaned out our attic, which had lots of bat-droppings. They carried furniture and boxes down, cleaned out all the droppings, disinfected the space and painted the floor. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

BioOne was a lifesaver for me as I faced a home that had been occupied for over 60 years. The person I was assisting was a hoarder of all things that “might be useful.” A severe illness which added garbage (including bio waste) to the mix pushed everything over the edge. I was overwhelmed with what seemed to be an impossible task. Lucas and his crew achieved the impossible for the price that he quoted me and the amount of time he predicted. The BioOne web site drew me because they seemed to understand the emotional component of their work. Lucas and his crew were sensitive to the emotional toll of letting go of “precious items.” They located and saved important photos and papers, and protected items listed as “must save.” I hope I never face another hoarder clean out, but if I do, BioOne will be the first call that I make. I don’t think you will find a more honest, thorough, and caring firm for this seemingly insurmountable job.

I want to start this by thanking Lucas and his team member for their compassion and professionalism in our dire time of need. I used Bio One to clean an area that someone passed away at. Lucas was prompt to arrive and very thorough and clear with communication from start to finish. He delivered a quote in a timely manner. His quote stayed true and they were able to start the following day and they finished within the amount of time they said they would. The location looks as good as new and even smells clean too. I hope to never need to use his services again for a clean out such as this. But if I do he's the only one I would be willing to call from now on. Lucas and his company are phenomenal! I reached out due to a mouse infestation during the winter for my seasonal home. I was concerned about the hantavirus. He called me immediately with a plan, described everything that would be done. He then came to my house to assess the situation and went through each room, and described in detail what he would do to sanitize where the mice had left their droppings. Lucas then came back, working his sanitizing magic, left my house spotless! I would never know there had been a mice problem! thank you Lucas for having this amazing service.
